Mr. Ali is on his business trip, he spent the night in a small hotel near the town.

Receptionist: Good evening, sir. Is there anything I can do for you?

Mr. Ali: Yes  I have already booked a room yesterday.

Receptionist : May I know your name, Sir?

Mr. Ali: Ali Rahman

Receptionist : Well, Mr. Ali. You have already booked for a single room, haven’t you?

Mr. Ali: Yes That’s right!

Receptionist : Okay, you get room number 108. This is your key and please enjoy your day here.

Mr. Ali: Thankyou

( A few minutes later Mr. Ali rings on the front disk)

Receptionist : Good evening, holiday Hotel My I help you?

Mr. Ali: Good evening, I’m M. Ali from room no. 108. A little bit hot here. I think the Air Conditioner is out of order.

Receptionist : I’m sorry about that. We forgot to tell you that the Air conditioner in room no. 108 is out of order.

Mr. Ali: What! Are you kidding me? It’s really annoying. I want to move to another room.

Receptionist : we do really sorry sir. The room in this hotel has already been booked because of convention event in this town.

Mr. Ali: So, what about me than?

Receptionist : we could put a fan in your room.

Mr. Ali : Huh. It’s really annoying.

Receptionist : We do really sorry for that, Sir.

1.       Mr. Ali never booked the room in holiday hotel before. F

2.       The air conditioner in Mr. Ali’s room is broken.

3.       The receptionist insists that she has already told Mr. Ali about the AC. F

4.       Mr. Ali isn’t satisfied with the facility. T
